    I agree with your point.
    Nonetheless in my institution the majority of administrative staff commute to work everyday by train of bus: taking children with you for a long trip is not always advisable
    Maybe a possibile solution would be if these kind of measures would be offered by municipalities/city as part of the overall education/childcare sector

    I certainly agree with your point. Online lectures should go hand in hand with in-presence mode.
    As a matter of fact many universities in Italy are responding to the impossibility to have the same number of students as before in a classroom by installing streaming tools for theoretical courses.
    It would be great if one could choose his/her learning mode

    hello everyone!

    my name is Enrica, I work as a communications officer at Università Iuav di Venezia
    I am also a member of 2 university committees, one with a focus on sustainability and the other one with the aim to implement the first gender equality plan

    I am very looking forward to learning more on gender equality and can’t wait to exchange views and perspectives with all of you! 🙂

    Hello everyone!

    My name is Enrica, I work as a communications officer at Università Iuav di Venezia

    I am part of a working group in charge of drafting of the university first gender equality plan and I am therefore interested in tools to better understand the gender dimension in higher education institutions

    I hope to learn a lot from this experience and look forward to exchanging ideas!
