I agree with your point.
Nonetheless in my institution the majority of administrative staff commute to work everyday by train of bus: taking children with you for a long trip is not always advisable
Maybe a possibile solution would be if these kind of measures would be offered by municipalities/city as part of the overall education/childcare sectorepillonParticipantI certainly agree with your point. Online lectures should go hand in hand with in-presence mode.
As a matter of fact many universities in Italy are responding to the impossibility to have the same number of students as before in a classroom by installing streaming tools for theoretical courses.

I am part of a working group in charge of drafting of the university first gender equality plan and I am therefore interested in tools to better understand the gender dimension in higher education institutions
