    My organisation does not have a specific sexual harassment policy but it is covered in our Dignity and Respect policy. A good practice that we have recently adopted is an online anonymous reporting space. This captures incidents of bullying, sexual harassment and violence, racism, hate crimes and other forms of discrimination and abuse and is for staff, students and visitors to report. The data collected from this will be used to inform review of existing policies and procedures and develop new ones.
