    My institution is currently developing its first Gender Equality Plan (GEP). In the framework of one of the themes to be incorporated in the GEP it is planned to create a code of conduct for the prevention and fight against harassment. The creation of this code will count with the involvement of the team responsible for the elaboration of the GEP, members of the rectoral team, people in charge of the Legal Office, gender specialists and also with the participation of the Ethics and Deontology Council. It is also foreseen the creation of specific procedures for denunciation and/or filing of complaints in cases, for example, of sexual harassment. These are two important measures that I would like to see effectively implemented.
