    If the question is really how to promote all these named activities, I recommend the following:

    write articles and place them on Intranet
    possibly even Internet – webpage of social networks, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Tweet and similar
    organise a promotion event, invite all employees online and in person and announce all these nice benefits and make sure they know about them, create small brochures and hand the out

    I would like to share with you the platform with practical information on how to introduce WLB measures and provisions in your institutions.
