I found it very inspiring and crucial for introducing a cultural change in any organization, to adopt provisions which are as inclusive as possible. Above all I mean those provisions and measures which are available for the “family members” of an employee. In that case introducing a broad definition of a family (and not restrict it to heterosexual marriages) will be a clear sign for the institution and the whole community that equal rights are meant to be granted to everyone and that there is no discrimination.
