Child care group in place and parental leave

In my institution based in Prague, Czechia, work-life balance topics are not systematically approached at all. What has been started at least is the effort to establish a small child care group for emplyoees-parents of small children, unfortunately the proccess was stalled by renovation of the seat building.
Another serious issue is neglecting people (mostly women, of course) on parental leave. The institution shows no effort to keep them informed of the things going on, they may feel neglected and forgotten. There’s no systematic proccess of incorporating parents back into the work life even shortly before they are to come back.
