After researching, my last higher education institution does have a web link entitled “Fighting Gender-based Violence (GBV), Discrimination and Harassment” under the “Equality and Anti-discrimination” tab. After a thorough search, the tab “Equality and anti-discrimination” is translated into English, but the page “Fighting Gender-based violence (GBV), discrimination and harassment” does not exist in English, which I think is a problem for all international students who do not speak French. On the French page, there is a link to complete an online form. Unfortunately, it is not anonymous: you have to declare your name, email and phone number before you can go any further. On the other hand, it is specified at the bottom of the form: “References: new article 6 quater A of law no. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 (law no. 2019-828 of 6 August 2019); decree no. 2020-256 of 13 March 2020 on the system for reporting acts of violence, discrimination, harassment and sexist behaviour in the civil service. The data collected is only intended for the legal coordination and the VSS – discrimination referents and will not be communicated to third parties. They are kept for the time necessary to investigate the case. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), you may exercise your right of access to your personal data and have it rectified on request.”
