The problem to point 2 is that most people, men and women, take gender equality issue as a feminist problem. I don’t how your institution works, but here, the Rector designated a Working Group wit the same number of men and women so that the work could be developed considering both perspectives. This send a message to everyone that the institution’s objective is to achieve gender neutrality.
