1. Put the division of labor in the institution in a gender perspective on the agenda. Distribution of responsibilities and tasks for teaching, research, committee work, internal “care tasks” etc. – and see this in relation to time and opportunities for career building.
2. How to engage men in the work with GE in the institution so that men and women can become partners in this work. And in this context shed light on individual development in relation to organizational change.
The problem to point 2 is that most people, men and women, take gender equality issue as a feminist problem. I don’t how your institution works, but here, the Rector designated a Working Group wit the same number of men and women so that the work could be developed considering both perspectives. This send a message to everyone that the institution’s objective is to achieve gender neutrality.
