It seems to me that there is still a strong bias towards working hours. When you follow the timetable to the letter, you may feel that you are not “working enough”, even if this is not true. Thoughts are also biased towards overtime. Men who work overtime may be called a “hard worker”, while women may be questioned about their organization.
