Currently, I do not work in a research institution, but it seems to me that the universities where I studied did not have any sexual harassment policy (and if they did, its existence was certainly not publicized). I have the impression that this type of policy is necessary in every institution or company, but its existence only makes sense when its existence is widely disseminated, and the provisions it contains allow for appropriate actions at the individual and institutional level.
