As an administrative officer I find challenging to tackle the issue of over-flexibility and availability in the frame of home office
During the pandemic home office has become the standard mode of working but the absence of a clear regulation has produced extra working hours and the demand to extend availability. To some extent this was ok as we needed to go 100% digital in less than 24 hours but in fact it has rapidly blurred the lines between work and life, domestic and professional. It has been even more demanding for parents and for people with disabilities or care duties.
