It is all about inclusion!

Hi All,

I have been working in higher education and consulting for over 25 years, of which 18 years in developing countries.I am passionate about promoting inclusion of all types: gender, race, religion, age, etc.

I believe this should lead to better institutional strategies, structure and systems (or processes), in order for these noble ideas to have a real-world impact.

I want to learn more about the case of gender equality so as to apply it to other types of exclusion of minority categories, which are sometimes harder to deal with.
