Hello everybody,
my name is Sabina Quijano and I am Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) officer at LIST. The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a Research and Technology Organisation (RTO) active in the fields of materials, environment and IT. By transforming scientific knowledge into technologies, smart data and tools, LIST empowers citizens in their choices, public authorities in their decisions and businesses in their strategies.
LIST’s workforce is very diverse in terms of the origins, education, age, gender, sexual orientation and cultural background of the employees. We have made progress over the last years in creating an equal opportunities working environment, but there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of gender equality and equity.
Gender issues are in the focus of my projects for this and the coming years and I am happy to exchange with you.
